An aromatherapy massage can be one of the most effective ways to treat an ailment of stress, or physical pain. In an aromatherapy massage, questions will be directed to pick the best oils for your needs. Once the oils are picked, you will sample the scent to make sure that it is just what your body needs. The essential oils will be mixed with a base, “carrier” oils such as jojoba. At the end of your massage, if possible, you may be able to take home any left over aromatherapy mix.
